Erick was the Head Physical Trainer at Haderslev Idraetsakademi (Sports Academy) in Denmark from 2009-2013, where athletes trained with aspirations to play on the National Team or to play professionally. He worked with Badminton, Basketball, Soccer, Golf, Hockey, and Team Handball, focusing on the development of strength, speed, and stamina. He also worked with Haderslev Elite and Team Danmark (the Danish Olympic governing body) to implement a BASIS Training program for athletes from u12-u16 to improve body awareness, body strength, coordination, mobility, and the proper mentality.
From 2008-2013 Erick was also the basketball Skills Trainer for Haderslev Elite Youth and Senior Athletes, successfully helping some of them play for the Danish National Team.
In 2013, Erick was named the Assistant Coach to the Women’s u18 National Team while the head coach for a Dameligaen team, the Women’s Elite Basketball League in Denmark. From 2014-2016 he was a part of the Health and Fitness Team preparing the Danish Senior Men’s and Women’s National Team for their international competition in China and for European Qualifiers.
Erick has also played professional basketball from 2007 through 2014, playing 1 year in Spain and 6 years in Denmark.
Erick has recently finished his Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the University of Nottingham and will reside there until December. He currently trains athletes online and in person in Denmark, Canada, and the United States.
Pete has lived in the Cicero-North Syracuse area and has produced some of the best athletes ever to come out of that area. A trainer there since the 1980s, Pete has developed numerous High School and Collegiate All-Americans in addition to taking some of them to the professional level. A few of his known athletes include Breanna Stewart (Seattle Storm, 4x NCAA D1 Champion and League MVP) and Tyvon Branch (NFL Strong Safety).
Pete has co-written a book with Renee Brown called Sport and Motivation: Inspiring stories for syncing Mind, Body & Spirit. The book can be found on Amazon.com or through their website http://sportandmotivationbook.com/.
